Joe Guertin helps sales teams become streetfighters. He also helps management teams become leaders.

After 12 years of outside advertising sales in the broadcast industry, Joe was encouraged by several of his customers to train and coach their salespeople, using his uncanny blend of humor and no-nonsense approach to success. In 1993, he launched Joseph Guertin & Associates, a speaking, training and consulting firm, to provide Streetfighting on a full time basis. Guertin's leadership and selling acumen did not come easy. As he explains, "I was Mr. Mediocre" for several years before discovering "The Joys of Streetfighting," which he describes as "a powerful combination of partnership thinking with a proclivity toward out thinking and out maneuvering the competition."

Today, his fully-customized, hands-on, workshops on "Selling in Turbulent Times" are always right on target. His high-energy Keynotes come packed with step-by-step strategies for growing people…and their careers.

In addition to a busy speaking and training schedule, Guertin is also a part-time staff trainer with the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Center for Career Development, and a member of the National Speakers Association. His sales columns have appeared in numerous business and trade publications nationwide.
